I've got a job!

Not just a small contract or some more freelance work, but a real job, working in the games industry for Microsoft!

I start next week, which is a little frightening, as it's a 2 hour train commute every morning until I can relocate. Hopefully there will be some folks I can house-share with so it isn't so much of a marathon.

That's the good news. The bad news is that until further notice, commissions are on hold. I've waited for a very long time for this to happen and I've got to prioritise. I'm a man of my word, so everyone on the backlist and everyone who has already paid me will get their artowork. I will just have to work on it in my spare time at the weekends. I'm unsure of the arrangements at this point, so we'll just have to wait and see.

Will update further as get them. Until then, wish me luck. I start Monday.
